We had a Junior Suite, and it was super spacious and clean. The terrace was amazing, with views that made our mornings special. The room had a nice setup with a TV and A/C. Plenty of comfy seating. Honestly, it felt like a little paradise just chilling in there. Can't complain about anything. it met all our needs perfectly!

Great big pool and friendly staff! Wi-Fi was spotty in some areas.

missingWrote a review on Jun 24stunning viewsspacious balconyrefreshing pooldated property
Stunning views of the ocean and lush gardens every morning from the spacious balcony. The pool offers a relaxing swim experience, allowing for circular laps that feel refreshing instead of monotonous.
The property feels a bit dated, reminiscent of the '80s, with a classic lift music vibe during breakfast. Hot water issues plagued us, with several cold showers despite claimed fixes, and the air conditioning was overly noisy during the first nights, making it hard to sleep. While the drinks were overpriced, the breakfast options fell short, especially the inedible pancakes, and the ghost town vibe from the spa was concerning.

My stay at Cristal Ballena Boutique Hotel was good. The fine ocean views and lush tropical gardens captivated me. I loved watching the myriad of birds during my mornings, though the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. A nice experience in a beautiful setting.

The views are expansive, and it's enjoyable to watch the birds in the gardens. One morning, I started my day listening to the clay-colored robins while the parrots flew overhead. It reminded me of home in Italy, and my partner enjoyed the peacefulness.
I found the room somewhat dated and not as clean as I expected. The Wi-Fi connection was also not optimal, which affected my ability to share my adventures online.
